Spiked Hot Chocolate with Cream Liqueur

Warm your insides with this decadent and delicious spiked hot chocolate, made with Carolina Cream, a delicious product from South Carolina’s Six & Twenty distillery.

Carolina Cream is a blend of rum, bourbon, cream and spices, perfect for mixing with cocktails or enjoying on its own. (Check out their other products here)

HOT CAROLINA CHOCOLATE

8 oz hot chocolate

1.5 oz Six & Twenty Carolina Cream , you may substitute an Irish Cream liqueur or Whiskey Cream Liqueur

Whipped topping (for garnish)

Marshmallows (optional)

Fresh Cinnamon (Approximately 1/8 oz, finely grated)

Directions:

Pour hot chocolate & Carolina Cream into heat-safe cup. Add approximately 1/8 tsp of fresh cinnamon. Add marshmallows and whipped topping. Finish with a touch of grated cinnamon or cinnamon stick.
