Lavender Spritz

INGREDIENTS:


4 oz white wine (Pinot Grigio or a dry, light white wine works well)
1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup (click here for recipe)
Splash of Soda

Directions:
Combine ingredients over ice in a white wine glass or mason jar. Add splash of soda water. Garnish with lemon twist, or for an extra citrus kick and an added aesthetic, a lemon wheel.
