Lavender Elderflower Martini Recipe
LAVENDER ELDERFLOWER MARTINI
Lavender Elderflower Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka or gin
- .5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1.25 oz Lavender Simple Syrup (See Below for Recipe!)
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- Twist of Lemon for garnish
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass, or serve over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
- 4 TBS culinary grade ultra Blue lavender buds
- 1/4 Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean or 1/4 tsp Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- In a saucepan, combine lavender buds, vanilla, and water.
- Over medium-high heat, bring the contents to a soft boil.
- Lower heat to low once contents have reached the boil. Gently stir contents while slowly adding sugar, until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Cover and remove from heat. Let sit until cool.
- Strain lavender and vanilla, and pour remaining contents into airtight glass container. Keep refrigerated for maximum freshness.
Notes
The Lavender Syrup is versatile and incredibly delicious! It will be a surefire way to make your lavender cocktails and mocktails taste absolutely amazing- just store it in your fridge to use for up to two months!

Pro TIPs:
No elderflower liqueur available?
No sweat! Some options I use in a pinch include adding a muddled strawberry, a splash of grapefruit liqueur, or a tiny splash of grenadine.
